Healthy Brownie


I have an obsessions with baking. I do it almost every night.
I just like to have something sweet available at all times and also have something available for munchie times.

So I baked this tonight.

It didn't turn out so well, but I'll still eat it.

Its semi healthy but not at all fudgy and rich like regular brownies.

Recipe

Low - Fat Brownie

1 C Flour
1/4 C Cocoa
1/2 t baking powder
2 t butter
2 oz carob chips
1 oz dark chocolate chipped
1 C brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
1 t espresso powder
1 egg
2 t vanilla extract
2 t sour cream

mix the dry ingredients.
melt chocolate with butter and sugar in a bowl over medium heat.
fold both together.
Bake for 30 min in 350C oven.

I'll write something more soon thats about me.

For now, this blog is not my self-indulgence portal rather a stick to hopefully push me into materializing all the things that run through my help.

At the same time I want it to be more then random babbling about my life affairs. I want ot provide basic go to info on my experiences and research on items all girls should know something about, ie. RRSPs, flooring, fabrics, and how to make chicken soup. Its a must know :)
